Who we are

What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your first name, phone number, email address, suburb and what job you're after. If you send them, we also keep your property address, photos, and our calls and messages with you. Calls may be recorded. We also record which ad or link brought you to this page.
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry by phone, text and email. Some of our texts are written by an automated (AI) assistant to confirm your address and book a time for your on-site quote. Mitch handles your quote.
- To prepare and give you a quote, and to install and service your system if you go ahead.
- To understand which of our ads and pages work, so we can improve them.
You can stop our texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask us not to contact you.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run our customer records, phone and messaging systems, and we may share your details with our team to do your job. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We don't sell your information.
Advertising and analytics
This page uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you send the form, Meta receives your email address, phone number, first name and suburb in a scrambled (hashed) form so it can match the enquiry to our ad. We may also tell Meta, in the same hashed form, if you book a quote, receive a quote or go ahead, so we can measure our ads. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the page, such as where they tap and scroll. Clarity does not record what you type into the form. These tools use cookies, which you can block in your browser settings.
Access, correction and complaints
Contact us to see or correct the details we hold about you, or to make a complaint. If you're not happy with how we handle it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Free on-site quote
The on-site quote is free and there's no obligation to go ahead.
Up to $7,000 rebate
The rebate is for eligible homes under the Victorian Energy Upgrades program. The amount depends on your home, your old heater and the new system, and eligibility is subject to the program's current rules and approved products. It isn't confirmed until your property has been assessed. Luxe Air is a private business, not a government agency.

Finance is subject to approval. Your actual price depends on your home and the system, and we'll confirm it with your quote.
